Kelly's path to the consulting world started in an unexpected place — the hospitality industry. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Kansas State University, she launched her career at Marriott International, where she discovered her superpower: the ability to make people feel seen, valued, and motivated to perform at their best. That insight became the foundation of everything she's built since.

Transitioning into Human Resources, Kelly quickly distinguished herself as more than an HR professional — she was a business strategist with a people-first lens. Rising through roles as Recruiter, Benefits Manager, Director of HR, and VP of HR, she consistently delivered results that mattered: reduced turnover, stronger cultures, and HR strategies that moved the needle on the bottom line.
